i have 4 kuhli loaches in my 20h and they must have laid eggs because i found one baby. i have no idea how to care for the baby but he is growing and getting fatter everyday. i guess no special food is needed. it was the coolest thing. :bounce:

:proud: Congratulations!

Wow. This is a rather rare occasion. You may want to post the specifics of your tank: ph, temp, kH, gH, what you're feeding them, etc.

Inquiring minds like ours want to know. :icon_mrgr

Water readings are

amonia 0-.3
ph 6.8-7
Nitrate 20-40

general hardness 150

Temp 78-80

This tank has a ug filter and a hob filter and one large castle rock for the fish to hide in/ swim through.

the loaches are very active hardly hiding anymore.
i feed varied foods mostly bloodworms, sinking shrimp pellets, algae wafers, and dried sea kelp for a treat.

I do a 25% water change weekly.

I have java moss, a large amazon sword, small anabius(sp), and some other plants that light lower light.

I have standard light with an upgraded bulb called tropic sun, 5500k.

thanks.
