Best to incorporate it in a mixed diet... there are premium flake foods out there so it all depends on which kind you are referring to. Take a look at myfishstuff.com to see what I mean.
Krill???
what are the advantages of feeding krill over flake foods. is it higher in protein and omega 3 and all that good stuff? what do you suggest over frozen krill?
i am feeding 4 endlers and my 9 ghost shrimp pick up the scraps.

I wouldn't feed whole krill to guppies, I generally save that for my larger fish. Although, it might be small baby krill you are talking about (shrugs)

i cut up the krill so they can eat it and i think i will be using krill just for variety. is it generally high in protein or what?
