i know java ferns are hardy plants but they are still plants afterall... fertilization, light, and co2. i dose small amounts of fert with an experimental mindset (i'm learning...) and no co2, and when it comes to light... it only has my desklamp (which i dun think it does much from wat i am reading) and indirect natural light that comes through a small window.

i'm only working on parameters one at a time and temp hovers around the 80F.

hmm my java ferns are growing lots of plantlets and some real slow rhizome growth (which i believe is quite normal), however, many of my babies' single leaf have translucent/clear tips... hmmm... i read that this normal, i've read that its not... i dunno wat to trust... help T^T

yes. It's just that I'd already seen others ask, so it wasn't the first time, and it is against the forum rules.

I'd consider the translucent tips normal. Some of mine have it, some don't.
