java moss & java fern turning brown

hello friends.. how are you all ?:laugh2:
well i wana ask that why my java moss and Christmas moss is turning brown and some of my java fern leaves are turning transparent too :frown2:
i have DIY low tech tank

substrate : organic fertilizer + potting mix+ marine sand
light : 2 LED bulbs of 9W ( daily 5 to 6 hours)
Filter : double sponge filter

plz guide me

Wats ur tank size and volume. Lighting period. Do u add any liquid ferts. How long since u set this up. R there any other plants in there and how r they doing. Finally how have kept the Moss and fern.. pics for that.
