This summer has seen some of the highest temperatures on record and while our focus tends to be on cooling our aquarium water down, we can't forget that warmer water speeds up our plants metabolism. This then increases our plants need for CO2.
Increased water surface and oxygen levels along with a slight increase in the CO2 bps while closely monitoring our livestock should helps get through most hot spells. Just don't forget to reduce the co2 as your aquarium cools back down again.
