I know it's not a big deal in the hobby, but I am excited nonetheless. One of my Marigold Swordtails had babies this morning. She had them in the tank. I got 7 out and into a net breeder. There are at least 2 more in there that I couldn't catch.

I knew it was coming but wasn't sure when. The other two females are gravid as well. So I have that to look forward to. Pretty cool stuff!

Thats so sweet! Its always really exiting to see little ones being born! I work at a small petstore where i am having platys, guppys and swordtails give birth every other day and its always cool to see!

Congrats, i would love to see pictures, and good luck growing out the fry!!

I think its cool too. You should be proud that the fish are so healthy that they can breed!
