Hi, would like to seek some help whether the 1300 PSI on the display is normall?
And the solenoid was heated upto 50-60°C after unit was turn on ~2 hours.

Short answer is yes.

Longer answer is that you should just buy a proper co2 system because its sooooooooo much better
