I came home this evening to find one of nine of my Red Eye Tetras swimming erratically. My wife said she thought she saw one of their tails twitching last night. Other than that this is totally out of the blue. All of the other fish in the tank seem to be healthy. There are no signs of any disease. Take a look at this video: https://vimeo.com/user125494585/review/479137384/f6186c6693

Temp is solid at 76.5
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: between 5 and 10
API test kit

The only thing that has changed is that we've set up a saltwater tank about a month and a half ago. I just did my first water change in the saltwater tank with the same pump that I use to do water changes in this tank. I rinse the pump after its been in saltwater, and I can't imagine that just residual water on the pump would have any effect on a 5 gallon water change, anyway.

Any advice on what I can do for it?
