I am not sure if babies will survive in this tank. My rummy nose tetras and loaches leaves the shrimps alone. Should I transfer the shrimp to my other tank....or just put a net breeder?

babies are tasty treats for any fish that can fit it in its mouth! what do you have in your other tank? size? filter?

Also depends on how much cover you're providing for the newborns. I see a lot of java fern so at least a few will survive.
