It is 1.5 I believe . I use Metricide and I dilute it with DW to get Excel strength .

Bump: Oh and I realize I didnt answer the question but I figured if I could get you a better price the answer was irrelevant lol But I believe glut is glut just dont add the activator.

I used to use Excel as well as diluted glutaraldehyde (down from 35%) in my RCS tank (with no problems). Just be sure not to overdose.
