Is this algae

My guess is if it is algae its staghorn but I'll the pics of staghorn look threadlike and this stuff has a flat surface which is weird to me. Also it only seems to grow in moss so I didn't notice it until I really looked. I recently set up high lighting with co2 on this tank.

Kinda looks more like Riccia, or Crystalwort, but the blades look a bit too thin. Anyway, google some pictures and see it that is what it is.
