Looks like a wild form neocaridina.

The reason I thought it could be a bamboo is that that there is a light yellow stripe on its back...

A lot of the neocaridinas can get that back stripe. A good portion of my browns and yellows have it. My 75 has all the culls in it so i get some pretty crazy looking colors. Some with back stripes some without.
