Is there something wrong with this shrimp?

I have 10 cherry red shrimp in my 16g tank. I'm just not sure what the different stages of molt look like. This one started looking whitish on the back on Wednesday, and it's getting whiter, but the underbelly is still nice and red. Is this thing just getting ready to molt?

kH is 7 and gH is 8. pH ranges from 6.5 to 7.3 depending on time of day with the CO2. This particular shrimp has been in my tank since Tuesday and seems plenty active.

It's just a harmless coloration feature, commonly called a "racing stripe." It tends to get wider, with more ragged edges, as the shrimp gets older. It's very common in yellow shrimp and somewhat common in red ones, but I've never seen it on a blue one.

Whew, thanks! Glad to hear there's no sickness.
