Are Tiger and Yellowjacket Endlers actually different, or are they just two names for the same thing? What about Red Chilis and Scarlet Reds?

I think tiger endlers and yellow jackets are the same, as I've seen both names used interchangeably. Not too sure about the other two though.

I thought they were the same too, until I came across an auction where the seller was boasting s/he was the originator of the Yellow Jackets. I just did some Googling, the only thing I managed to find was that the Yellow Jackets are supposedly just a brighter version of the Tiger, similar to Red Cherry/Sakura/Fire Red Shrimp, though I'm not sure if that's true and/or the official word on it. I wonder if the Chilis and Scarlets have something to do with color intensity as well.
