There are lots of other influences on pH.

According the chart, my CO2 is about 100 ppm. Doubt that's true.

Focus on getting a good degassed reading as a baseline pH, then shoot for at least a 1.0 point drop. Many like myself go further somewhere between 1.2 and 1.4.

Keep an eye on the plants and fish and take your time dialing in CO2. It's well worth the effort to get it right.

There was a lot of discussion about this in another thread that was started some time ago. I went into a lot of detail in that thread, so try to do a quick search for it.

Regarding that particular image, there is a large flaw: the colours for 'too much' and 'not enough' are swapped around.
