Hello everyone,

I’m came here to ask for help to see if anyone can help me to identify if my wife’s betta has fin rot.
I personally don’t think so. But, I’m asking because I’m not at expert in the subject. I took some pictures of “Evaristo” hope this can help:

It appears that your male betta has some crowntail ancestry. Bettas w/ crowntail ancestry sometimes show extended rays with some reduction of the "webbing" between the rays. I believe this is what is happening in your fish, causing the ragged appearance to the unpaired fins. There is no sign of bacterial erosion that I see in the photos.

Hi, just As Mjwgh2 said seems like your betta has crowntail ancestry. Worry not, Evaristo seems super healthy!
