So i finally decided to get back into the hobby. Bought myself a new filter, heater and gravel and kept some vallisneria from my dad's old tank. I've set everything up but the filter i got seems to have too strong of a flow maybe? I am concerned it is too strong for the plants. Any suggestions for more plants to add that like high flow rate? Or anyway to lower the flow from the power head maybe? Excuse the cloudiness i just set the tank up and got a bacterial bloom after adding the drift wood that was in an established tank

My java ferns love heavy flow, they don't wave around awkwardly either.
