Is keeping moss in high light good?

903 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Dugsul808
I'm thinking about keeping my moss in a 6500k high output light. My tank is 3 gallons. I want to know if this is a good idea to keep the moss in?

What kind of bulb is it? T5, T8, CFL, LED, T5HO? You need CO2 in a high light tank to prevent algae.
Good if you balance out the ferts and CO2. Bad if things are not in balance. Taking algae off of moss is a pain.
When mine was attacked by an algae, I almost tore the plant because of the algae. Some times it can also trap dirt and become dirty though.
It's a t5 no 6500k daylight 6 watt and my tank is a 3 gallon. My mistake on the high output
