I have some adult bamboo shrimps and I found a small shrimp with strip on the back.
I am wondering if it is a baby of bamboo.
I don’t see any fans.

When will a baby start having fans?

Bamboo shrimp adults will not tolerate any salt in the water, larval stages of bamboo shrimp NEED brackish water to develop. Getting a bamboo shrimp to berry in controlled parameter setting requires a period of transition that is almost impossible in control labs, let alone your home aquarium. Even if you could get them to berry, without a brackish tank to develop in the larva will die very quickly. I don't know what is going on in your aquarium but I'm 99.99% sure that you don't have a baby bamboo shrimp.

Thank you for the detail reply. Sounds reasonable. Here are some of my fan shrimps:
