Hi,

I have 3 Radion XR15FW LEDs over a tank which is 90" long and 31" high. I would like to know what intensity to set them to achieve low light for a low tech setup and what intensity to set them to have high light with CO2.

Does anyone have any experiences he can share or can anyone point me to some articles?

you would need a PAR meter to actually determine that.
That said, first which lenses?

Above is for 24" from the light to substrate..
AT 30 you need to down rate..What is the measurement from light to tank floor?

Yep, unfortunately I don't have a PAR meter. The lenses are the 80 (Standard)

Are the readings in that image at 100% intensity?
That is a good assumption.. no point in posting 1/2 ect... ;)

Using the 120 degree lenses about 12" or less off the water line will give you a 40" approx cone left to right..
At 42" off the bottom that would be roughly 50 or so PAR "on average" at full.. W/ a large error factor..

To get the same coverage at the surface your 80's need to be about 24" (2 feet)
