So I successfully created vacuum in my CO2 line, so it won't stress out my check valve. I still need check valves because my filter turns off to purge out air every 24 hours, and in case there's a power outage. What are your thoughts?

The only thing you might have to worry about is an air lock in the canister filter that may be caused due to the water releasing Dissolved CO2. it wont happen suddenly, but will gradually build up over time. If there is gas in the Impeller chamber, there will be a lot of wear and tare and noise. One small bubble will cause cavitation and a lot of problems over a long period of time. so that is something you need o keep in mind.
