Right now I have a chiller running. As winter aproaches I was wondering where to add inline heater: before or after chiller?

Thanks!

It seems counter productive to have a chiller and heater running. Why do you need to keep the chiller hooked up?

To keep temp at 72F-73F for my CRS. Maybe I will just unplug it for the winter...
Put them however. Just plug the heater in during the winter and the chiller in the summer.

So, should I disconnect chiiler or keep it inline but off?

I'd say it depends on how easy it is to do and how much head loss the chiller gives you. If its easy, I'd pop it out but I dont see a problem if you leave it in either.
