So I have hydra in my tank of mystery snails, japanese trapdoor snails, MTSnails and shrimps. For Flubendazole. Do I crush and sprinkle a little of it or the whole thing?

Where do you pick up Flubendazole?

Do hydras move from one spot?

What size tank do you have? I would remove mystery snails, japanese snails. Most people add it to a water container shake that till it dissolves then add to the tank. I got mine under the name Pancur-C off of amazon. You probably can pick it up somewhere locally.

Panacur-C is fenbendazole not Flubendazole. Is that the same?

No. Or, rather, pretty much, with the major difference being that one can be dissolved into water, and one can't (mostly).
