Hey sorry for slow reply. It's down in West Palm not sure how far that is from you. They have a fruit tree nursery that sells them. Will be trying to convince the wife to let me plant one in the back XD.

I live in Winter Park and I have 2 indian almond trees in my backyard, strategically planted early this year when I decided to breed bettas for fun. They are under 4 feet now, but soon will have more leaves than I can ever need. Available for grabs for those in the area. I might donate some to a LFS like Darkwater Aquatics so they can help others with shipping (I personally don't have time or the desire to getting into shipping)

online source

I realize you are trying to find a local source but I wanted to mention that I buy the indian almond leaves I use online from alpha pro breeders really cheap. I believe I paid @ $5 for the medium sized leaves and my shrimp love them. His shrimp and the way he ships them are excellent as well. Just an option.

I did find a local source for the tree itself. But the wife has me waiting for us to buy our new house before I go planting things LOL. I did end up buying 100 leafs for $18 so that should hold me off till I plant my own tree.
