i know the deal with neo's and cardinas but theres shrimp that are not on the chart i know its a process to get the results you want im just curious if anyone knows about blue jelly shrimp and another cardina in order to make a nice clear purple shrimp any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance

It doesn't really work like that.. Good luck with it though. With different strains , most of the time they are really ugly. It may take several generations to do but you may end up with some that have blue and red spots on them making it look purple. I am trying to do something similar with some of my clear CRS I have been breeding for awhile. I am trying to end up with a clear yellow/orange body with CRS red patterns on it with orange legs. I am going to call it an Ember shrimp but it takes a long time to do. I am getting pretty close though... Just throw some blueberry shrimp in with some lower grade CRS and see what happens. Most will be ugly but who know! You may end up with some cool looking shrimp.

Just remember, with mutations, breed a large number of them first and then start selective breeding by culling.
