im guessing you mean the one with all the runners on it. need better pics to be sure , but it looks like something in the sword family. some of the more experienced guys may chime in. im gonna say nano sword, but don't quote me on it.

Yes, the spindly one reaching for the top of the tank, I cant figure out what it is, and cant remember where I got it...Looks like its ready to replant, if I can figure out what it is.
should be able to cut off the runners and separate them. then just plant as normal.
Take the peacock fern out, it's not aquatic.
Yeah I know...sucks though..good lookin plant..impulse buy.
