Background info: tank is around 1 week old, heavily planted, 10 gallons, low tech, and currently cycling, and white fungus-like has been growing primarily on substrate for past 5 days, and other searches on what it could be are iffy at best. Nitrates have not risen above 10ppm once and usually are around 5ppm, and plants are doing fine. I am not dosing liquid ferts, only using root tabs, and I'm primarily thinking that the growth could be from nutrients leaking from root tab due to me not planting it far enough into the substrate, but I'm not completely sure.
If it's any help, Ammonia is ~4ppm and Nitrites are ~1ppm, thanks.

Don't worry it will get resolved in its own. I too had it when I started my tank.. appeared once.. then after I removed it it never came back
