Looks kinda like an electric blue african chichlid

from that angle, i'd have to say some type of Labeotropheus sp.

What you have pictured is without a doubt a male African cichlid from Lake Malawi of the genus Labeotropheus. The overhanging, fleshy snout and ventrally oriented mouth, an adaptation for scraping algae from rocks, are dead give aways. I would guess Labeotropheus fuelleborni because the fish you have pictured appears to have a bit more robust body than Labeotropheus trewavasae which is characterized by having a more elongate, slender body. There are several color morphs of both species within the genus Labeotropheus, many of which are very similar, so color is not a good method of identification.
