Can anyone confirm this type of algae? I think it may be hair algae, but would like a second opinion. Thanks :)

I have the same kind, i believe it is Cladophora algae, good thing is that it tends to be rather easy to remove out in clumps.
What kind of aquarium specs. do you have, this tends to be caused by to little CO2 i think.

True enough, I've looked closer again maybe it really is hair algae, looks softer than Clado.
Hmm, cool, this is good news for you as well as i believe it is easier to remove...But i will have to do a bit of research for ya when i get the chance!

Here is another picture of it on Blyxa. Hopefully it is better shown here as hair/clado/green beard have been brought up.

The algae only seems to show up on the wood & UG. There is none on the Stauro and very minimal amounts on the Blyxa.
