Staghorn? Overdose Excel, kill the lights and up Co2? Any ideas before I start my own personal war

So here is my problem. Got some crazy growth goin on, cant seem to find out what it is. It is brown in colration and that is whats throwing me off. So please take a look and let me know how to correct.
38 Gallon, no major changes in water quality other that a move. Moved about 5 miles set it up and noticed this stuff popping up. Any ideas?
