Is Ich x saltwater safe to use in a fresh planted tank? Kind of all I had on hand

It has the same ingredients just no methanol or machine green chloride. Just has the formaldehyde in it.

I would highly advise looking for a gentler medication, maybe something that doesn't contain formaldehyde. Try Kordon Herbal Ich Attack, it's a lot gentler and is entirely safe for planted tanks.
