IAPLC 2010 book - where & how can I get it?

I've been trying to get this book for some time now with no luck. The IAPLC website said it was due to come out for sale October 2010, but now it's been updated for the 2011 contest, and still no 2010 book. Anybody know when and where these go up for sale?

I see ADA-USA has some for sale, but they don't have current one...

We will have this item in stock with the next container order arrival at adgshop.com

The ETA on the container order is Dec. 7th, but it won't probably be until later in the week when it's all here and unloaded, etc.
