I want to Grow Dwarf Baby Tears

I am looking to set up my first Planted Tank. I love the look of Dwarf Baby Tear carpets. I don't want to have dirt in my first plant tank or Co2. Is it possible to grown DBT with high watt lights and Floursh Excel instead of DIY CO2? How would you set this up in a 10 gallon which is what I have?

It's possible but highly unlikely to be honest, I wouldn't try it unless you are using a pressurized c02 system, Checkout glosso it's a nice carpeting Plant with dense growth and very very easy to grow.
I have CO2, high light, and EI dose... still have trouble growing DBT.

Good luck.

The glosso looks nice. I'll look into that.
I've got a great, lush thick HC (dwarf baby tears) carpet. And I recommend glosso because it roots much deeper, and doesn't threaten to float away. See this recent thread of mine:

I'm doing ok with ebi gold plant substrate, 2 46 led strips and a daily dose of easy carbo. Not a huge growth but steady. One month in and the patch has been trimmed and doubled in size.
