I upped my lights from 72 watts to 108 on my 29 gallon. These are t5NO. I also found a fert routine that really brings out the color in my orange/red plants.

The problem is, most grew pretty green and colorless until this. I am guessing that the green leaves will not change color that are already there. Is their anything I can do other than cutting them way down and grown them out again, or use the tops and pull the bottoms out?

Sorry, simple question but I am still new to this.

Stem plants will often turn redish or pinkish the closer they grow to the lights. You can cut the red tops off and replant them and remove the green colored bottoms. With the increased lighting, some rosette plants will grow the new leaves red, gold or brown, depending on the variety. In this case, you could remove older green leaves once there are enough of the new ones.
