I recently made the mistake of buying some non-aquatic plants in tubes from Petco before I knew they were non-aquatic. The problem is, I like the way that they look in my tank. So here is my question- What plants can I put into my Fluval Edge that will approximate the look of the plants that I got but that are true aquatic plants? These are the two that I want/need to replace:

Coconut Plant (Peliosanthes sp)
Umbrella Plant (Spathophyllum wallisii)

I want plants that look similar to these that will not outgrow the dimensions of the Edge too quickly. Preferably these plants would be low-light species as I am currently using the stock Edge lighting. Any suggestions?

Coconut Plant - Probably a sword or Java Fern

Maybe needle java fern?

I'd suggest looking at some of the aquarium posts to see what the different plants look like.

Stick with low light plants unless you purchased a retrofit kit
