Haha. My silver dollars just can not leave the veggie wafers alone. They grab one and play rugby with it. One will carry it until he gets bumped and drops it. Then it's the next ones turn. Meanwhile my plecos are eating their flake food as soon as it hits the gravel. I guess it's just payback.

My black skirts do that too. In fact, unless one of the plecos is laying on the wafer, the black skirts will take the algae wafers from any other fish, even if I just fed them. I have to drop wafers after lights out & that's not even a guarantee the cories & plecos will get some.

If only silver dollars were plant safe, although I did see them in a large planted tank once, so cool.
Great fish, and I miss them a ton, but all my tanks are planted now. One day, one day :p

My red eyed tetra do this too, more than my bloodfins and serpae tetra.

One of them took an algae wafer right from my Bolivian rams mouth. It was funny.
