Another great alternative is the Tom's Dive Mini. It's about $15 in most large retail stores. Another one that I've seen around here are the Duetto internal filters.

The Duettos are alot larger than the Hagan Elite. And the Toms is just junk - I returned mine. To be honest the Hagan Elites are the best little filters ever.
