Have been googling to try and identify the name of this plant.
It looks like Hygrophilia Corymbosa Siamensis, hoping someone can confirm?

Is it possible for you to get a pic of the submersed leaves? And more of a side shot of the plant? They may help identify it better.

Maybe @Tinanti knows (sorry don't mean to put pressure on you, just seeing if you happen to know)

Probably, but hard to say for sure. Should be obvious when it grows in.
