Hydrothrix gardneri

I just got a few stems of this and was wondering who else keeps this plant. What is the growth rate like? It is a very cool looking plant that reminds me of Elgeria fluctuans that I had many years ago. I didn't have the best of luck with the Elgeria so I hope this plant does better. Any advice or experience will be appreciated.
