Anybody else out there growing their plants emersed on their windowsill? I’ve had this plant for a while and decided to grow it out of the tank instead of throwing it out. Stuck it in a jar with some aquasoil and transitioned it with some plastic wrap and humidity. Glad I did. Looks like it’s going to flower soon.

Cool. What species of Hydrocotyle is it? So you are growing it in wet soil, not from under water to emerge.

I will! The flower is tiny and not very colorful.

It’s tripartita. Exactly. It’s just in wet soil. I pulled it from a tank a while ago. Then placed it in a jar with some ads soil and misted it daily and covered the jar with plastic wrap. A few weeks later I poked holes in the plastic wrap and now it has fully crossed over to emerged. I just add a little water from the tap every day and it uses the nutrients from the tap and soil.
