I had a nice stock of some daphinia-pulex going... then boom... no more, and lots of hydras stuck on the walls. Now the same thing seems to be happening to my super-tiny daphinia tank.

Are the hydras eating them all? ... And how the heck do you get rid of hydras???

We feed daphnia to to hydra in the biology lab that I teach. They gobble them up! :flick: Sorry, I can't be any more help than that. :(

I know croaking gouramies eat Hydra (unfortunately they eat daphnia too of course). There's supposed to be some solutions or something that kills hydra, but again I'm sure it'd kill off daphnia too.

The only thing I found that kills them is fluke tabs... which of course would kill all the daphinia too. :(
