Wow it's been so long since I've posted anything. I've left the planted tank world for saltwater, but I will return one of these days. This is the only thing I have left from my time in the planted tank hobby. I made this tank as a gift for my gf's birthday present, but I took it back to due lack of maintenance. I made the entire tank with my bare hand and a small saw except the tank itself (bought it for $10). I took these pictures just now and made it kind of a mystery for people to guess the size of the tank. Can anybody guess the size of this tank?

can't wait till you fill this up, looks like its gonna be great. Im guessing this is a 10 gallon since you got it for ten bucks, but you did a pretty good job making it appear larger.

Not even close guys but good guess. I paid $10 for this tank at petsmart, which is a 2.5g nano tank. I'm leaving the tank the way it is without water. Made the entire stand, hood, light from scrap.

Actually I just changed my signature to that. I made this tank a while back and it used to have water and a bunch of rc shrimps in it. When all my rc died, I emptied the water and left the tank only outside the way it is. Then I noticed the planted inside were growing after a couple of months. So I took it inside and took a picture of it for you guys :thumbsup:

If you left it outside that long, Watch out for tiny flies!!!!!

Anyways, filling in nicely, I thought it was 10 gallon too.
