Fully planted 120 gallon with 20 gallon sump (tank was a reef previously). Fish are:

15 rummynose
15 cardinals
5 asst. Corys
5 Pygmy corys
3 giant danios
4 otos
1 clown loach
couple of (2-3) random tetras

I like a very mixed community.

Does it look like I'm full? I would like to add a small school of rasboras if possible.

Thanks

You could easily add some Rasboras, but I would advise in upping the number or 'random tetras'. Most tetras are schoolers and/or shoalers, and should be kept in groups of I'd say, at least 7 or more if your tank can handle it- which your tank defs could.
Even if you do ad rasboras, your tank could handle a small school of whatever 'random' tetras you choose.

15 each rummies & cardinals wont make a dent in a 120 gal. i'd make it 30 each easy

i wouldnt go with the clown loach, they get over a foot long (16in) and need to be kept in groups. try kuhli, yoyo, or chain loaches instead  and you have more than enough room for more fish. mabey dwarf rainbowfish?
