I don't have a PAR meter so how can I figure out if the settings I have my light set up to would be considered as low/moderate lighting? I have the Fluval 3.0.

Here is a link to Aquarium Co-op website where they make recommendations for fluval 3.0 based on standard tank sizes. I think the place is pretty trustworthy.
