You can run glass ceramic diffusers off DIY CO2 no problem. I'm not sure if anyone has actually setup an atomizer with DIY CO2 but it should also work. The only real limitation is that atomizers require a much higher working pressure. DIY CO2 can accomplish this but your system has to be leak free.
