I am in the process of building a new co2 regulator and I realized I already have an old Clippard EVO-3M-12 VDC. The problem is I don't know how to hook it up because I believe there is one in and two outs because it is a 3M. Any suggestions would help, thanks!

(sorry for the bad pics)

You need a mount, part #15490-2 or #15491-2. You cannot use this valve without a mount.
You need a 12v DC adapter (any type will do). You'll need to clip the plug off the end and connect the Mouse wires to it, via wire nut or solder, or some other method.
And you'll need a fitting (or two) to connect whatever needle valve you'll be using. The inlet to the mount will be 1/8" NPT, and the outlet and vent are 10-32 NPT.

The top port is a vent, and you'll probably want to plug it.
