I received a cutting from a member of buce without leaves. It seems to be developing a fuzzy fungus on it, I'm not sure perhaps my water current is not strong enough however I was wondering if there was a way to kill the fungus without killing the plant? Perhaps a extremely light bleach solution with like one drop of bleach per gallon or some other method? thanks

Yes, very mild bleach, or hydrogen peroxide, or Excel could work.
Put a drop of H2O2 on the fungus and let it bubble, then rinse.
Use the stronger dose of Excel (per label) as a dip or even a drop or two directly out of the bottle. Do not touch the plant with this strong dose.
