How to grow Staurogyne Repens?

Hey guys I have a 20 gallon planted tank.
I would like to put some Staurogyne Repens.o2/Chemical
I am using Eco-Complete, I am dosing fertilizers, and I have a 100 watt, 5000 kelvin, but I have no pressurized co2.
Can I grow Staurogyne Repens in an environment with no co2/DIY co2/ liquid co2 but with high lights and fertilizer?

High light, ferts and no co2 will turn your tank into an algae farm. The s repens will grow in a low tech tank without co2 but it'll grow tall. But like I said, since you've high light, you will have a massive algae problem.
