Some people just dump the shrimp in but I don't recommend that!
Here's what I do…

I've heard 10% tank water (as compared to the bag) every 10 minutes.
Drip drop them with the air pump controller. If you don't have them, put a small amount of tank water in to the bag and after 30min put some more do this for 3 hours.
DO NOT float the Kordon bag, Transfer them to a container carefully, this is difficult with the Kordon bags. Then float the container while adding about 10% to 20% tank water every 20 minutes. They are pretty tolerant and can actually tolerate just being dumped in in most cases, so by acclimating them the suffer very little stress from the transfer.
Drip acclimation is the "best." Use airline tubingas a siphon and tie knots in it so it drips out a few drops every second. Think like a bubble counter. Do this for a few hours.
+1 on the container. Get them out of the kordon bags. I add a little water every 30 minutes twice and then dump them in.
drop them all in and let natural selection take its course XD

+1. Ive had 100% survival of all ages and breeds using this method. It usually takes a few hours. My longest was over night, mostly because i fell asleep but all was well in the end.
If you are planning to buy more shrimp in the future, buy a few feet of tubing and an inline T flow adjuster. You open it all the way, start a siphon, adjust until you get the desired drip rate and acclimate away. Super easy and will cost a couple bucks.
