Hi. I'm thinking of getting a Fluval Ebi. I know a lot of people here have one and I'm wondering how they are doing? From what I have read, I should either remove the back or use extra silicone to affix it (I'll probably remove it). Some people reported problems with the lights--what's been happening with that? Why there is a problem, do they, uh, fail quickly enough that there's no difficulty getting it replaced?
Finally, I think a lot of people have upgraded the filter. I have never used anything but a HOB filter, but I would be interested in the what/why's of changes you made.
